Tour of NPR (National Public Radio) Headquarters
Where: 635 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, D.C.
When: 7:30am - 7:00pm

The tour begins with a visit to Listener Services at 11 am, a noon lunch in the NPR cafeteria and then a two hour tour of the Broadcast and Music Library and Reference Library. The tour will also include a brief introduction to the NPR Transcripts and explanation of what it encompasses.

What: Library Professional Association Networking Expo
Where: Drexel University -33rd & Market Street, Rush Bldg., 4th Floor
When: 4:30pm - 6:00pm

This event will provide Library Science graduate students a sense of their many professional membership options and how and an affiliation can be an asset to both student life and career.
